I completed my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Alberta, before moving to Australia to complete a Master of Physiotherapy Studies at the University of Queensland. The Aussies are world leaders in physiotherapy, and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience there. Since graduating, my professional journey has spanned both private practice and hospital settings.
Over the years, I have completed additional training in clinical Pilates, dry needling, manual therapy, and pelvic health. As a former figure skater, I have a special interest in working with all athletes, and particularly those in artistic sports.
My passion lies in helping patients overcome injuries and optimize their performance. My treatment style is active, exercise-focused, and evidence-based. With 12 years of clinical experience, I understand the value of a multifaceted approach to pain and rehabilitation. My goal is to optimize your function and performance across the healthspan through patient-centered, forward-thinking care.
